I have a versamotion servo drive which is showing alarm 9.(excessive deviation fault) didn't find any cause of it. If any one familiar plz help.

Has it ever worked correctly? If so, what are you doing different now compared to when it worked without generating a fault?
I don't know that model drive, but like Matt116, I would interpret that fault explanation as following error which means that the motor can't keep up with the calculated trajectory. Try reducing the acceleration rate (increasing acceleration time) to see if that eliminate the fault.
If it used to work and now doesn't, it could be due to mechanical wear in the drivetrain resulting in the need for more torque to accomplish a move that in the past it could handle.
