How to export Omron and Rockwell programming system in XML format?

Hi,
I plan to change the PLC from Omron to Rockwell and according to PLCOpen that they add independent schemes to IEC 61131-3 in XML format, So how can I export Omron and Rockwell programming system in XML format?

I do not think that this is available from Omron. I cannot see anything on the PLCopen website to indicate who has been certified in PLCopen XML.
