Yes that one is complete.

I strongly recommend a graphic HMI. like the KTP400 and up.

With my starter kit, I had a choice of HMIs from my distributor. Chose the 9" color.
I've looked at various items on eBay. For those sold as new, in all cases my distributor's price was better.
