HVAC Simulator Software

I apologize, if this is an off-topic question , but I found lot of Electrical and mechanical engineers responding and somebody must have defenitely carried out HVAC projects.

Have you heard of any HVAC simulator software avialable to train operators. Is there any demo version available to try before purchasing the CD? I am looking for HVAC simulators for Industries.
