Always off contacts in GE PAC

Does anyone know how an always off set off contacts works in a GE PAC rx3i
I was trying to not let a call block execute and thought putting an always off in front of the call block would work. Any ideas or suggestions?
 
If not pre existing roll your own

(R) Reset or (U) Unlatch somewhere in the code. I usually do this at the top of the main routine if i need to create some

There is. %S8 is ALW_OFF and %S7 is ALW_ON
There is a bunch more, search the online help for "System bits" for details.
