May I know are there any simulator available for S7 200/300 & RSlogix 500/5000?

There is PLCsim for S7-300.

There is also a simulator for Rockwell but I never used it since it does not support the compactlogix ans is fairly expensive.

Schneider has a built in simulator inside Unity Pro for no added cost.

I downloaded Rslogix 500 emulator+ Rslinx.
Do i need to have the Rslogix 500 software as well?
Is it freeware?

Yes, you cannot write a program with RSLogix500 Emulator.

See link below for a free version that can only be used to program the ML1000 and ML1100.

& also in CX-Programmer by Omron, of course.
