Panelmate pro 1700

I do not have a programming cable. I was told it is a null modem (2->2,3->3,5->5). Does anybody know this for sure? Is there a sight I can goto to check this out?

Basically you need 2->3, 3->2, 5-5.

Here is what I have on that, note the jumpers required on the 9 pin at the PC end
