Thats a normal IM151-8 which are not old,we use these cpu's all the time. You can use Step7 V5.5 to go online with ethernet.

Ethernet cable, the same cable as the 3 that are plugged into the plc
In which package (tia or the clasic step7) do you have the project?

You look to have 3 ethernet cables connected to the unit - where do they go and what else is connected to it?
Do you know their IP addresses, which should give you a clue as to which subnet they are on?
