Siemens S5 135U Cpu 928 wont go into run mode

I have an Siemens S5 135 system. The CPU 6ES5 928-3UB12 Will not go into run mode even after a MASTER RESET or AN OVERALL RESET using a programming unit

The power supply 6ES5 955-3LC41 has a battery warning , MB LOW.

The HMI shows an error: Clock

Please assist and asdvise accordingly

With the programming unit; go online and check the I-STACK contents. Note that the stack may have more than one page.
