MacBook Air Networking

HI,

Having a bit of trouble, Hope someone can spread some light for me.

So Im running Windows 8.1 on "Parallels" Works great but I could Use some more RAM. Anyway Im using Siemens TIA. I have an ASUS "WL-330NUL". Now I cant seem to get the PLC to talk to the computer via this Adapter.

How are other people doing this ?

Im using my MBA's Thunderbolt port for a screen at the minute
