PV PB32 download problem

I am using a NC13 cable to download a new PV program, and RS Linx sees the PV, but when I go to download, it says, "Error 1022 Target is not an Operator Terminal". For the Download I am using the PB32 File Transfer Type DF1 Point to Point--RSLinx AB_DF1-1.

When I try a different File Transfer Type, I get prompted to disable the Printer port. How can I see if the printer port is disabled if I can't go online?

Cant do the download. Anyone help?

Can you get to the configuration screen? If so check it there.

You can also use the port used to communicate with the PLC to upload/download the program.

Try using the other port.
