RSLogix 500 English - problem

i installed RSLogix 500 English.

But when I try to open the software it gives me this message "FTAP version does not match. Please install FTAP 2.10.00 or 2.20.00".

What am I supposed to do?

I'm using Laptop Windows 7 Intel Pentium 64-bit.

Looks like it has to do with Factory Talk Security. Tech support says to go to Programs and Features, select it and Modify then when it show the check box "Enable Factory Talk Security" it should be un-checked.
