Is there a cross reference that tells what the equivalent GSV attribute is in RS5000 for a particular S bit in RS500? I have RS5000 up to V24.

I don't know of a direct cross reference. In the 'help' index type 'S:FS' (First Scan) (all the direct status bits have the format S:xx)
