Siemens TIA portal -- online issue --> chrashing

Hi guys,

Today i stumbled upon a problem in TIA portal V11sp2upd5

when i want to go online, the software freezes.:sick:

does anyone have ANY idea what to do about this ?

I recently installed HSP packages, but im not shure if this is related to the issue.... If so... how can i remove them?????

You could try re-installing, but I doubt Siemens would tell you much more than pay to update to V13...
