Viewpoint SE 2.61 problem

Hello Friends,

I have FTV SE 7.0 and FTVP SE 2.61 installed in my office's computer. I created a local application in FTV and it worked fine but when I tried to create web application in FTVP, an error message appeared as shown in the picture.

I couldn't find any troubleshoot information to solve the issue and I really need your help.

In fact, I have followed all the steps but the error message remains.
