how to communication with s7 300 via ethernet.

Hi guys,
i am sorry to asking you this question. To day i was trying to go line to s7 300 plc via ethernet but i am failure.At first i put my laptop ip 10.11.130.50 and submask 255.255.255.0 and my plc ip is 10.11.130.67.
I check my laptop net work place showing local area connection .unidentifying connection.Realtek PCIe FE family controller.
I set pg/pc interface TCP/IP REALTEK PCIe FE FAMILY BUT i am fail to get communication.

Can you ping the PLC from your PC ?

Is this a brand new plc that has not yet had the h/w config downloaded?

Thanks for your response.
I have done ping and we're found communication is OK.
My PLC IP is 10.11.130.67.
It is not new plc. I can go online via somatic pg without any problem but I am trying to go online via my personal laptop and I am failure.
Kindly guide me where is my mistakes.

Avoid ISO and TCP/IP(auto).
