FactoryTalk ME - DEC as HEX

Hi guys. I have a big dilemma, how to show decimal value in hexa representation on PanelView visualization. I have some code for example 16 74 80 15 1 ..And I wanna show it as hexa 10 4A 50 F 1 .. Is there some option how to do that easily? Or do you have some sample? Thank you so much for suggestions ..

Solved

Thank you Garry..It works like a charm.. I made just another version for working just with SINTs on input for less memory usage.
