1756 OA16A AC output card

Hello,

We have a pair of AC output cards on our 1756 PLC system that are continually blinking OK.
The module status is listed as IDLE on RSLogix.
Does the flashing OK indicate that the cards are not configured?

Just beginning to learn about PLC's, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated ... and please prepare to be bombarded by basic questions!!

OK Status Flashing Green -
The module has passed internal diagnostics but is not actively controlled or it is inhibited or controller is in Program mode.
Uninhibit connection, establish connection or transition controller to Run mode to enable communication to module.
