1734-IE2C analog input module

I'm using the point I/O analog input module with a 1769-L16ER-BB1B controller.

In the module properties the high engineering and low engineering are set at 16383 and 3277 respectively, the filter value is 0 and the range is set to 4-20mA.

What value would I see in the PLC in the event of an open circuit? 0 or 3277?

The counts you will see are going to be very low. They may not go to zero but will be significantly bellow your 4mA 3277 scaling.
