PV1000 LCD off

Hi all, I have problem that my PV1000 2711-K10G8L1 suddenly LCD screen off. Maybe a backlight is broken. So I check that PV with RSLink on Laptop still can communicate and I upload/back up the program with Panel Builder success.
The situation is I have spare 1 ea PV1000 2711-K10C8 that appear selft test error and cannot appear configuration mode after power up..
I also have 1 ea spare PV1000 2711-K10C1L1 that cannot communicate RSLink on laptop after power up..

Any Suggestion???

Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase article 69743 (Access Level: Everyone) gives a great deal of detailed information about the interchangeability, repairability, and part numbers for the various backlights used on various PanelView Standard terminals over the years.

By my reading of that document, the backlights in those two PanelView 1000 Color terminals will only be compatible with the PanelView 1000 Grayscale terminal if they are Series F hardware, which uses the same 2711-NL10 backlight assembly.

Problem solved..
Thats true if the backlight my PV broken different type with my spare.. My solution is I downloaded program to my other unused PV K10G8 and replace the lcd with new K10C1 Lcd cause have same lcd type..
