Good day all.

Quick question just to confirm my suspicion that I have a failed output card. Current output, 4-20ma, 24VDC supplied to card, output channels see 10.4 VDC and 0ma.
Problem?
I should mention this is the result of a fuse blowing that supplies the card with 24VDC, I think at this point from water penetration.

Thanks

I got this!
Turns out there was a broken connection on a resistor that was installed at the instrument connection point. Plus the box was full of water and corrosion, hence the strange readings from the output.

Live n learn!

Thanks
