First off, I am not a GE employee. I'm a SCADA Specialist (job title) for a county entity.
While I'm not a fan of GE Proficy Machine Edition, their tech support is great. We have quite a few RX3i installations at water and wastewater plants along with iFix. I hate iFix. Anyway, I've called in a couple trouble tickets over the last couple of weeks and have been responded to within 2 hours. The tech could not replicate my errors but he did give me options to try. With his suggestions I was able to figure out the problem. The WWTF supervisor thought I was magic.
I'm 55 years old, grew up on PLC 2, 3 and 5. AB never gave me this kind of support.
Just my thoughts. GO BOLTS!
