PIDE Faceplate for ME?

I've been looking everywhere. Where do I get it? I was pretty sure there was a Faceplate for that instruction. I'm trying to use it on a Panelview Plus. Is it not available for ME?
 
Did you right click on the HMI server in Studio? There's an option to add faceplates (at least in SE).
