i can not tranfer load to rack in automax program v4.3a

hi, all. I have a system that uses 57c435 Automax PLC run on win 98, but this computer is damaged, I used a new computer with win 98 to download the program to the PLC 57c435 but fails to load and an error message "open file Erro ". someone know please help me download the program to the PLC. thank you
