i have problem to connect to hitachi plc with actwin program

Can you see the TXD and RXD lighting up indicating information is getting to the controller?
Has your setup worked in the past? Is it a new cable?

Just a few things to consider...

I'm having the same issue? I can communicate to other processors it's like the firmware took a dump in my processors that the battery's went dead in.
