time_ms to date and time

hi all,

i have extracted some datalogs from winccflexible rdb file and got date and time values in "time_ms" format.

is there any way to fast transfor "time ms" value to value like dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss ?

i can use ms excel 2007 and open offile calc...
