Hey everyone thanks for the help. Again I am really new to programming in InTouch.

I have a need to find a record/value in a table based on the value in a combo box.

DB Table is
Reason_code | Description | 2 Other Columns

SQLWhere = reason_code (integer) where Description = Combo_Box_1.value

Does that make sense, and can anyone provide a little direction?

Thanks,

Thanks GC for the quick response. The first link will not help. I do not want the item number in the list provided, I need the actual reason code associated with that record.

The first example only gives you the item value based on it's place in the list provided. We have skipped items in the list and therefore need to call up the actual record from the database.

I am currently investigating the second option.
