Connecting to S7 300 CPU Problem

Greetings

i do have a new Siemens PLC station with 314 CPU 1DP
i try to connect using the PC adaptor Cable USB A2

i do have the Error message number 33:17075

i try many baud rates , resting the CPU , Resetting the MMC

but with no result

kindly advice

Are you using the short MPI cable included with the PC Adapter USB, or some other cable?

Is the Power and USB LEDs lit up on the PC Adapter USB?

Which version of Step 7?
Have you loaded the driver for the A2 USB adapter?
Have you selected the A2 driver in the PG interface?
