Hey guys,

I work for an OEM, and we have an AB ClearMark printer that I'm trying to run on a Windows 7 machine. The printer was at another facility, so the CD has been misplaced. I downloaded the printer driver from the Rockwell website, but when I try to run the setup I get this error message:

"Failed to add Language Monitor. (19) RICOH Language Monitor 3".

Any idea what is causing this error and how I can fix it?
