Would anyone know if FC23 "ST_LT_DT" accounts for leap year? Or, if I am comparing let's say 2016:07:11:23:59:59 to 2016:07:12:00:00:00 would the function call know that only a second has past? I would be testing this myself, but work demands me on more important matters at the moment... btw I am using Step7 V5.5 SP3.
