Training for S5 perferably with PG2000 software

Took an 8 hour butt whipping today, cpu either went to stop mode or went to run mode with no outputs operational after the first 8 bits, Ended up being an i/o card but i was just guessing through the whole troubleshooting. Anyways does anyone know of any classes i could find to give me an insight on s5 or is it very comparable to s7. I have no reason to edit, more of a maint and maintain class because the programing seems to be very solid, but they are the main workhorses in my company. Just would like to be able to see if i need x input to turn on y output and what specific ISTACK errors are. After that i need 4 years of german classes.

I like 'Step5 for Windows' better than PG2000, but they do have some information on the website
