Failed to open factory talk private directory for the application". Faf

Hello everyone,
Please i need to figure this out ASAP, i have just installed Factory Talk View version 8, and licensed it. But every time I try creating a new project/application, it fails and displays this message: "Failed to open factory talk private directory for the application"

Please what exactly am I doing wrongly?
What's the way forward?

I just confirmed, it's version 8.0 (CPR 9 SR7)

I had this problem and had to delete the RNAClient and RNAServer directories in C:\ProgramData\Rockwell. Or better yet, zip them up just in case. You may have to reboot after that.

edit: That was assuming Windows 7, and the ProgramData directory is hidden.
