TI8 Portal - S7 and RMP_SOAK FB

I am doing a Siemens S7 job with CPU 1516-3 PN/DP.
I am editing a RMP_SOAK Function block. The Soak time is in Min:Sec and I want to change it to Hrs:Min.

How ???
 
Is this a standard block? I don't think I've seen a RMP_SOAK block for the 1500 from Siemens.

What data type is the soak time?

Can you post a screenshot of where the block is called?
