Compact logic L31 upload failure.

Hi guys,
I am trying to upload the program but I am failure.i established communication between laptop and plc through RSlinx classic gateway.when I open RS5000 software and trying to upload at that time communication fail.
Kindly see attached picture.
Kindly help and guide me.

it's hard to read those "camera" pictures that you've posted - but based on what I can see, I THINK that clicking the "Select File" button shown below - and then following through to create a "new file" might get you online with the processor ...

Thanks for your reply.i already selected new file and start to upload and it is also uploading almost 70% then coming communication error and I am not able to complete the uploading program.
Also yesterday and today I uploaded the program from compact logic cpu L32 and L32E model.i did not face any problem and uploading is successful completed.But now I am struggling with compactlogix L31 uploading.
Kindly find my mistakes and help and guide me.

one of your posted pictures seems to list the following error code:

806-80042535

searching for that in the Allen-Bradley Knowledgebase brings up several articles ... Article 36245 seems to have some interesting information that might be helpful to you ...
