Hello

I need some help.
I have to build panel for machine which sold to Brazil.
Could someone please tell me what is the power requirement over there?
voltage and frequency.
Do you have differences in different parts of your country of the power. I don’t know where it suppose to go?
According to what standard you working? UL IEC?
And for last do you have AD support in Brazil?

Thanks in advance

Here is the ADC support in Brazil:

My info shows 110/220 60Hz for household voltage. They typically use the round pin European style plug. I was down there quite a few years ago, but I think my electric razor worked fine.

My reference info also shows 60 Hz but 380 Volts for commercial use. This looks odd to me, so I'd check with your customer if at all possible.

Thanks for your replay.
Iam stuck with the design and cannot get answer from hih.I have dead line for this panel, that the reason I looking for help here.
Thanks again.

The best reference guide I have found for world electrical service is the "Pocket Ref" compiled by Thomas Glover, available at www.sequoiapublishing.com.
In the case of Brazil, 3 phase 60 Hz power varies: 216/220/230/240/380/400 volts; 440 volt 50 Hz is also used. The book doesn't specify where in any country the specific voltages/frequencies are available. You would have to contact somebody in that area.
The problem with the "Voltages of the World" is that it is for travelers' use. It only shows residential and commercial voltages, not industrial.

The machine is industrial.I dont know where it should go over there.
I told them today that I stop to work on there machine and the machine will supply in delay of month.
I hope that will push them.
Thanks anyhow.
