I had a look at it, it does have necessary info.
I was thinking if i could get the actual spec by IEC but it seems,
the only way to get one is to buy from their webstore.

Yeah to buy it would be a waste, unless you wanted every specific note of it. The nitty-gritty important stuff is available all over the web.

i was able to gather some information about the protocol from the web as you said.
It is to read some Argus relay information using a wago PFC..
