How to read the servo pulse in mitsubishi fx 1n plc.

I tried to read the actual pulse in D8140. Its shows the current pulse value. but want to compare that pulse for to start motor. for example:i need pulse 10000
=start motor Output, pulse 16000 =start motor,pulse 21000 =start motor.
in my fx1n plc no zone compare option, i tried with (high speed counter set) its not working. any idea please tell me.
