IDEC SmartRelay Web Server and Python Communication

Hi, I am new to Python and IDEC SmartRelay.

I need to create a Python script to
1) open IDEC SmartRelay Web Server
2) helps to auto-login with English as the selected language and remain logged in
3) access the SmartRelay Variable function to modify values

I am not sure is it doable. If it is possible, how can I start? Appreciate someone can help me with it.
