Intouch DAServer not working!

I am trying to connect to an GE RX3i pc
The Intouch access name (Topic) is "V21PLC" and Application Name is "DASGESRTP".

The DAServer "DASGESRTP" is configured for RX3i and IP is 3.0.0.21
"V21PLC" is entered in "Device Groups".

When I activate DAServer signals are green for about 10 seconds then go red??
Every time I start and stop DAServer it does this....but will not stay green.

I can ping 3.0.0.21 with no issue.
PC is at 3.0.0.121.

What am I missing?

I found it...
Same thing that happened about 5 months ago....but I forgot.
I always install a free antivirus, on my supplied pcs, till the customer decides which path he will take.

I have been always installing AVG Free.
AVG Free antivirus now comes with "ZEN"....a firewall I believe.
After uninstalling AVG everything is okay.

Guess I will go to Avast free antivirus.
