1756-EN2TR can not browse on I/O Configuration

Hello

I have problem on RSLogix 5000 v20 project IO configuration. I can't see 1756-EN2TR/C rev 10 when adding new module or by discover modules. BUt I can browse it on RSLinx Classic. I already installed its AOP and register its EDS. Any idea? Hope you could help me.
