I just received a panelview C300 I have been using the Micro 300 which is a panel builder software. Do I need to get Factory talk view ME for the new one.
 
C300 doesn't use FactoryTalk as I remember, it has a built-in web server that you can use to program. Just type in its IP address on your browser.
