Connecting to modicon premium

Helloo,
I have a modicon plc premium and m using pl7 pro.

I have been able to set ip address using dhcp server.
How do I connect to the plc using xip. What is the default station and xway address to be used as there is no program I. The cpu at the moment and my serial cable is not working. Ie the tsxcusb485 cable
