Place USB stick on ground, put logs on top of USB sticks.

Voila, logs are on USB stick.

I assume you tried to import tags to Wonderware Intouch and it failed.
The log viewer is in the System Management Console (SMC).
Open that up and click on Local. You'll see the error there.

In Windows, click Start, and type 'Event Viewer', and you should find it.

I've seen that error all too often, usually from forgetting to add the access name prior to importing.
