RS232/dh485 cable to RJ45/Dh485

Hello Everyone.
I have converter USB to DH485 (1747-UIC).
I have problem with RS485(DH485) - RJ45 port. (manual switch is ON to RS485/DH485) i cannot communicate to any PLC via this port..
I was try second converter ( same 1747-UIC but borrowed ) - after I set the same communication via RSlinx all function was normaly and i saw any DH485 stations..

I want try used a DH485/RS232 port but i want create cable from RS232(DH485) to RJ45.
Dh485/Sub-D9 female ------> Rj45/DH485.

I cannot found pinnout the same cable which I need. Please can we help me?

Hello Oliver,

What is the cable you are looking for ? a 1747-C13 is the RJ45 cable, see link below, be careful the CPU has 24VDC and will burn up your port if not correct

but i would like to create cable between Rs232 port ( DH485 ) to RJ45 (DH485)...
Original this convertor have RJ45(DH485) but this port NOT function..
I would try RS232 port ( which use protocol DH485) but I must create cable between Rs232 and Rj45.. I cannot find pinnout for exactly cable which I need..

I dont think it will do what you are looking for... sounds like someone has used the wrong cable and burned up the DH485 port

What port on the PLC and what PLC are you trying to connect to?
