I need any information where can I download firmware V3.2 for output card 1756-OA16/A. This is very unique card, has different hardware and accepts firmware V3.2 only. I was trying to downgrade it to firmware V2.3 and after process was completed card got bricked and I only have red OK light, RSLinx shows this device with "Reflash" message.
I believe that this card was made to support Honeywell processor c200.
Firmware Version 3.2 is needed, even if have original firmware file in hex or other version I can use it to program serial EEPROM on the card.
Allen-Bradley indicates this firmware but there is not for download.🔨

Forum is not right place to ask for firmware in any case, you must get it from Rockwell.
But in your case it will not happen, there is no way to go back from failed 2.3 to 3.2, this card must be replaced.

There is nothing special:
Card rev 3.2 is a normal production card that ships for the last 8 years.
Card with rev 2.3 uses older hardware.

There is a technote in RA Knowledgebase describing that
