GE MultiNET 4 Communication

Hi ALL,

I am trying to setup the communication between GE Multilin Model#:MN4HIXXADX (Multiport Serial Server & Managed Switch) and laptop

I am finding it impossible to establish a connection via serial or ethernet

I need more specific technical advise as the manual is not clear

Have you configured your IP address using EnerVista Multinet4 Setup?

Yes i did tried using the default IP using port 4 of the ethernet port but didn't succeeded
