How stable is the Allen Bradley Micro 800 for industrial applications ?

Good Evening ,

I have a number of small panels in a somewhat harsh environment. How stable is the Micro 800 series PLC . Also , I imagine you can still create shortcuts
and display on a Panelview Plus , correct ? I'm sorry , I know it is like "Bargain
Basement" , but I have another question what is the status and future of the SLC 500 ? I have a number of them thruout the plant and I am going to need to keep them in operation.
