Siemens S7 200 CPU 224 CN Uploading Program

Hello All,

I am using siemens s7 200, CPU 224N. The problem is PLC has program but when i am uploading it, everything goes successful but the uploaded program is blank.
I am using microwin 4.0sp 9. I have change language to chinese and programming mode to, but the problem is still not resolved. Can anyone please help me to solve this issue ?
