Your PSI reading is coming from an analog input. This is then usually converted to a hex value.
Depending on the controller used you just use the scale function. This is usually on the analog card itself or through a scale function instruction.
What is the model of PLC that you are using?

That code you are showing, the pressure sw is a digital, on/off not an analogue that you get a pressure reading of some sort (psi?) off that you could then re scale.
