S7 300 TCP\IP data send on TIA Portal V13

Dear Experts,

I have a CPU 315-2 DP (6ES7 315-2AG10-0AB0) and CP 343-1 (6GK7 343-1EX30-0XE0) in TIA Portal V13.

The ethernet card connected to a factory network (IP adress: 192.168.2.1).
I have a PC also in this factory network (IP adress: 192.168.2.3, Port: 9200).
I need to send data over TCP\IP from PLC to PC.
How I can do this? The T_SEND and T_RCV not working...

T_Send does not work with a CP card it only works with the internal interface.

You have to set up a connection and use AG_Send, AG_Receive functions

How I can configurate the connection under Tia Portal V13?

An unspecified connection is a little bit cumbersome hope this picture helps
